Thanks for checking out my Web site after seeing me on the street or highway. (That's NOT me in the picture).
1. Be courteous!
2. If someone is following 'too close' to your car, move over! They are in a hurry to reach a destination. There is no reason for you to slow traffic regardless of the posted speed limit. (You slowing traffic to the posted speed limit for example, is not an acceptable reason and only creates problems for everybody). Even the Highway Patrol will move over to let someone pass. (It happened to me in Wisconsin. Then he pulled me over! I wasn't speeding or anything, so no ticket, no warning).
3. If people are passing you on your right you are creating a traffic hazard. Keep the highways safe! Please get out of the way by moving to your right.
4. If cars have queued up behind you, please get out of their way. You have no right or duty to slow-down other drivers. Please don't cruise in the left lanes. Pass others and then move to the right or continue passing cars.
Summary: Use of the roads is a privelege not a right. Get out of the way of faster drivers. They may be speeding because they have a personal emergency. You don't know their circumstances. You don't own the road, be courteous and move over! Maybe they will be pulled over by the police and then you can laugh at them!
